By the end of 2017, more than 800 track maintenance machines has been supplied to Indian Railways as well as private parties like TATA, GMR, L&T.

Plasser India completed 50 years with the Indian Railways; in these years we have made a mark with track maintenance.

Plasser India supplied 30 different types of machines like PBR 400 R, 09-32 CSM, DGS 62 PLS, FRM 85 F, Unimat 08-475-4S

Plasser India has supplied 23 machines to Indian Railways.

Plasser India has supplied 37 machines to Indian Railways and one 09-32 CSM machine to Konkan Railway Corporation.

One fully imported machine 08-16 have been supplied to Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. and 30 different type of machines supplied to Indian Railways.

By the end of that year more than 550 track maintenance machines had been supplied to Indian railways, only 11 of which came from Plasser & Theurer, the major part being manufactured in India. The share of Indian production had risen to as much as 100 % in some cases.

Major expansion of Faridabad factory enhancing its capacity substantially.

In February first Track Maintenance Machine manufactured in India was handed over to Indian Railways. During the following years the machines were adapted and built to the special requirements of Indian Railways.

Start of production of Track Maintenance Machines in the Indian works in Faridabad. Even for the first order for twelve leveling, tamping and lining machines the amount of locally manufactured components came to 53%.

Delivery of the first Plasser & Theurer Track Maintenance machine to Indian Railways; a permanent service depot was established in India.
